The latest video by UK Bar-barians Jay, Lee and Sai. I’m proud to say that I train with these guys, and proud to be part of the UK scene that they are so very blatantly at the top of. I don’t really have any words to describe quite how awesome it is – see for yourself.
It’s the result of many months of filming by Luke, who’s been at seminars run by the Bar-barians and also at the parks across London multiple times throughout the year. I was always curious what he was making, but this really shows that all his secret hard work has been worth it.
Now I’m even more excited about the seminars this weekend! I have done all my training and got three days of rest and eating to prepare myself to be destroyed in the most Bar-baric way :)
